Ya sea que se trate de habilidades duras como la codificaci\u00f3n y el dise\u00f1o, o habilidades blandas para comunicarse y dar una primera impresi\u00f3n positiva, es probable encontrar infinidad de opciones para adquirir estas habilidades en pocos meses. No pierda de vista el ecosistema:<\/b> a veces necesitamos salir de la burbuja en la que estamos para evaluar tanto el problema como la soluci\u00f3n. Un enfoque sist\u00e9mico puede ayudarnos a ver y comprender la complejidad y la incertidumbre, y al mismo tiempo darnos la habilidad de aprovechar esos dos factores para crear maneras sostenibles de generar cambios.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Natasha Zarine, una Fellow de India, pens\u00f3 en c\u00f3mo solucionar el problema de la contaminaci\u00f3n por residuos s\u00f3lidos en las ciudades de India abordando la situaci\u00f3n desde el enfoque sist\u00e9mico al involucrar a los pol\u00edticos, las empresas de gesti\u00f3n de residuos y los recolectores de basura locales y vecinos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>2. La empat\u00eda lo ayudar\u00e1 a ver aquello que no es evidente.<\/b> Es una habilidad clave para el cambio social: tener siempre en mente al beneficiario. La pr\u00f3xima vez que tenga una idea nueva, piense primero c\u00f3mo puede probar, validar y adaptar su visi\u00f3n de una forma que pueda ir haciendo cambios e iteraciones en el proceso.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ajaita Shah fund\u00f3 Frontier Markets para brindar acceso a energ\u00eda renovable y asequible a personas de escasos recursos en India en donde hay grandes dificultades de distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda. Esta empresa utiliz\u00f3 los principios de la metodolog\u00eda Lean, primero descubriendo e identificando las necesidades de los agricultores que no se estaban cubriendo con las actuales soluciones de energ\u00eda solar existentes, y tambi\u00e9n a trav\u00e9s de la realizaci\u00f3n de un piloto con una impresi\u00f3n 3D r\u00e1pida del producto antes de realizar la fabricaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n a gran escala.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>4. Luche para reducir los roces que impiden el cambio.<\/b> Ninguna tensi\u00f3n es demasiado peque\u00f1a a los ojos del economista de comportamiento Dan Ariely. De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n de Dan, las personas no toman buenas decisiones, no porque no tengan la informaci\u00f3n correcta, sino porque la barrera para cambiar ese comportamiento es simplemente demasiado alta.
