Antes de este rol, y desde el 2018, Laura estuvo a cargo de lanzar el Programa de Fellows de Acumen en Colombia y lider\u00f3 el proceso de selecci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n de las cuatro primeras cohortes. Antes de unirse a nuestro equipo Laura trabaj\u00f3 como consultora Sr. en Agora Partnerships, d\u00e1ndole a los emprendedores sociales de la regi\u00f3n acompa\u00f1amiento, herramientas y gu\u00eda para llevar sus emprendimientos sociales a un siguiente nivel.<\/p>\n<p>Laura es adem\u00e1s Fellow de Acumen de la cohorte del 2016 de Fellows Globales. Como parte del proceso de su formaci\u00f3n como Fellow apoy\u00f3 las operaciones y estrategia de crecimiento de Amal Academy, una empresa social de educci\u00f3n para el trabajo en Paquist\u00e1n fundada por Benje Williams, otro Fellow de Acumen. Laura inici\u00f3 su trayectoria profesional en la aerol\u00ednea Avianca, optimizando y redefiniendo la estrategia de Revenue, los modelos de pricing y operacionalizando planes de crecimiento de rutas.
