Como la Especialista en G\u00e9nero y Diversidad de Acumen LATAM, Adela tiene la misi\u00f3n de incorporar los lentes de g\u00e9nero y de diversidad en la regi\u00f3n para todos los programas, las inversiones y la narrativa local, liderando los an\u00e1lisis de g\u00e9nero y diversidad del portafolio de inversiones, los procesos de formaci\u00f3n y el programa de Fellowship. Es co-fundadora y directora de Nuestro Flow desde el 2015, una empresa social y empresa B, que crea contenidos pedag\u00f3gicos y dise\u00f1a y ejecuta proyectos sociales para transformar narrativas de discriminaci\u00f3n y exclusi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como acompa\u00f1a a empresas a incorporar la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, de diversidad y de inclusi\u00f3n en las distintas etapas de su cadena de valor. Adela es parte de la primera cohorte de Fellows de Acumen en Colombia 2019. Estudi\u00f3 Trabajo Social y Dise\u00f1o Industrial y tiene una maestr\u00eda en Dise\u00f1o, Estrategia y Gesti\u00f3n de
