Agata Sivokhin

As Development & Partnership Senior Associate, Agata manages Europe’s fundraising operations and supports the team in effectively stewarding and engaging donors. Before joining Acumen, Agata was a senior consultant at Prospero World, a UK-based philanthropy consultancy. Her responsibilities included managing a fiscal sponsorship program, supporting fundraising activities and connecting donors with charitable projects. Agata has a strong interest in coaching and leadership training. She has attended several international leadership programs and is a qualified leadership coach practitioner recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Agata is also a former professional Ballroom and Latin dancer and a winner of several international competitions. Before her work in philanthropy, she ran a successful dance company in London for over a decade. Agata earned her MSc in Management from Bayes Business School and a BA in Business Studies from Roehampton University.
