Joelle Pang

Joelle Pang leads Acumen Academy’s strategy to scale leadership development and ecosystem-building for social entrepreneurs across Southeast Asia. She focuses on designing and delivering programs that equip a new generation of values-driven leaders tackling poverty and systemic inequities. Her work spans the launch of the Acumen Fellowship and Foundry initiatives in the region, building pathways from character to capital, and mobilizing catalytic funding and partnerships to strengthen Southeast Asia’s social impact ecosystem.


Prior to Acumen, Joelle was the General Manager of FastCo Malaysia, where she pioneered FastGig, a social impact tech platform connecting low-income and underrepresented workers to sustainable gig opportunities. With over 15 years of experience in technology, strategy, and business development, she brings a track record of building ventures that combine innovation and impact. Joelle is an Acumen Malaysia 2023 Fellow, recognized on the Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow list (Technology) and named Entrepreneur of the Year at the inaugural Women in IT Asia Awards (2019).
