Rafia Rauf

Rafia works at Acumen Pakistan as Foundry Manager, where she will leads efforts to strengthen alumni engagement, build partnerships, and expand collaboration within Acumen’s community of Fellows.

She is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, grants administration, and policy advocacy. Over the past 2 decades, she has led complex, multi-sector programs in partnership with national and international organizations as well as government bodies. Her expertise in mobilizing funds and aligning project goals with strategic priorities has helped drive impactful policy changes and improve program outcomes.

Rafia has managed major donor portfolios, including those of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, FCDO, and UN agencies, implementing initiatives in public health, climate change, education and human rights. Her advocacy has contributed to significant policy reforms in family planning and maternal health. She has represented Pakistan at leading global health and climate forums and is passionate about leadership development, equity-centered systems change, and empowering purpose-driven communities.
