Chidubem Ejezie

Chidubem is an Insights and Strategy Manager for Acumen’s Green RISE Africa program, where she translates evidence and learning into insights that inform program strategy and continuous delivery.

Chidubem is an Innovation and Strategy leader who has spent her career designing and delivering initiatives that help innovators, entrepreneurs and young people scale. Before joining Acumen, she was a Knowledge Transfer Manager for the Global Alliance Africa Programme at Innovate UK Business Connect, where she led UK–Nigeria innovation programmes, supporting hundreds of founders and enterprises across circular economy, clean energy, manufacturing, creative industries, digital innovation and agriculture to scale their enterprises. Prior to that, she was a Senior Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she led cross-functional teams delivering strategy and transformation projects across sectors.

Alongside her professional work, Chidubem founded a STEM programme for secondary school students in Nigeria and is a Director at Founder Institute Lagos, where she mentors early-stage entrepreneurs. Her work is driven by a commitment to fostering innovation, expanding opportunities for young people, and using evidence and partnerships to build more inclusive economic systems.

She is currently completing a Master of Business Administration at Rome Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Ibadan.
