Shweta Nagaria

As India Fellows Senior Associate, Shweta manages the learning journey of the fellows from the point they join the fellowship till they become a part of the Community. She switches hats between being a relationship manager, a leadership curriculum facilitator, and a One-on-One Coach.
She is a certified Instructional Designer and Facilitator by Azim Premji University. Previously, she has facilitated workshops and acted as a Learning Architect for government stakeholders across 25 Aspirational districts of India at the Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership, as a part of the Centre of Excellence for Learning & Development. As a Gandhi Fellow (2014-16), she was one of the 16 Fellows from a cohort of 120 to be awarded as ‘The New Millionaire’ for presenting an entrepreneurial idea.
She strongly believes in self-change to system-change and vice versa. She has been an Alumni Board Member for the Akanksha Foundation. Shweta holds a master’s degree in Public Administration. She aspires to create safe, inclusive, and reflective spaces for humans to unleash their full potential. She has completed an online course on Diversity and Inclusion from University of California, Irvine.
