Aakanksha Jain

Aakanksha is a leadership development facilitator and learning designer, guided by a deep commitment to helping individuals grow through reflection, community, and courageous inquiry. As the Associate for the Acumen Fellows Program, she helps deliver the India Fellowship and supports fellows on their transformation journeys — drawing on her passion for creating spaces where people can lead from authenticity and purpose.

Before joining Acumen, Aakanksha worked with Harvard Business Publishing, where she designed and delivered high-impact leadership programs that enabled individuals and organizations to cultivate authentic leadership, build high-performing teams, and lead with clarity and purpose. Her belief in inner transformation took root at Youth Alliance, where she facilitated flagship programs such as Earth Shastra, Gramya Manthan, and The Ecology of Self. Through these immersive experiences, she supported over 200 young changemakers in deep self-inquiry and systems thinking, helping them unlock their leadership potential and engage meaningfully with complex social realities. Aakanksha is deeply curious about human behavior and the inner journeys that shape leadership. She holds a postgraduate diploma in liberal studies from Ashoka University, where she was a Young India Fellow.
