Apsara Prabhakar

Apsara is a passionate social impact professional with experience in program management, operations, and alumni engagement. She has led leadership programs for over 20,000 youth and young professionals across 70+ countries, fostering global collaborations with universities, nonprofits, and government organizations.

As an Associate, Foundry and Partnerships at Acumen, Apsara focuses on strengthening partnerships and community programs to enhance the engagement and impact of 300+ Foundry members. Before joining Acumen, Apsara worked at Do Well Do Good, where she implemented global leadership programs, managed learning platforms, and led alumni engagement initiatives. She was also an Atlas Corps Fellow at American Express, where she coordinated the AmEx Leadership Academy Alumni Network, designing professional development events and learning opportunities for 4,000+ alumni members.

Apsara holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is passionate about empowering changemakers. Through her work, she strives to create ecosystems that support lifelong learning, collaboration, and sustainable social innovation.
