Ayushi is a Portfolio Analyst at Acumen, where she supports the Global Portfolio Analytics team across portfolio analytics, market research, and investment processes for Acumen’s global portfolio. Her work spans portfolio performance tracking, forecasting, benchmarking, and risk and scenario analysis to support investment decision-making and portfolio management.
Ayushi brings experience across investing, policy, and the broader impact ecosystem, with work spanning non-profits, social enterprises, think tanks, and investment platforms across India and the UK. Before joining Acumen, she worked with Blue Ashva Capital, where she supported the formation of the Blueprint Ecosys Fund focused on the built environment sector, contributing to investment thesis development, fundraising, pipeline building, investment processes, and climate-tech portfolio support. She also developed an ESG taxonomy framework for Blackelm Equity, a student investment fund.
Her experience has centered on organizations working at the intersection of sustainability, gender, and impact. She served as an Environment Track Advisor to The Pad Project, contributed to policy research at the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership under King’s College London, and supported research at Project Baala, a social enterprise led by an Acumen Fellow. She has also supported mentoring and education initiatives with The Access Project UK, Teach For India, and Toybank.
Ayushi is a postgraduate in Public Policy from King’s College London and completed her undergraduate studies at Sophia College, Mumbai.
