Caitlin Ferguson

Caitlin joined Acumen in 2020 and has held numerous roles, including building partnerships with funders and peers across Acumen’s climate and agriculture strategies on the Development & Partnerships team, as well as previously managing the team’s operations, data, and systems. She currently partners with Acumen’s President & CIO across a range of strategic priorities.

Before joining Acumen, Caitlin worked internationally in social impact and technology consulting, beginning her career as a William J. Clinton Fellow for Service in India. Caitlin has a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Public Advocacy, and Rhetoric from Northeastern University and a master’s degree in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh.
