Demi Mullings

Demi earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Development & Management from Brooklyn College. With a strong passion for understanding people and helping them thrive in the workplace, she naturally gravitated toward a career in HR and talent.

Most recently, Demi worked as an HR Operations Analyst at Symphony, where she supported global offboarding, recruitment processes, and HR systems—ensuring that everything behind the scenes ran smoothly for employees and new hires. She also brings valuable experience from her time in recruiting and staffing roles at ProMed Staffing Resources and SalesEra, where she worked in fast-paced environments that sharpened her ability to manage multiple priorities and support high-volume hiring needs.

Outside of work, Demi is dedicated to mentoring and giving back, particularly through her volunteer work with StreetWise Partners, where she helps individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to advance their careers. She’s excited to bring her experience, energy, and people-first mindset to her role as a Talent Associate.
