Erica Ajayi

Erica is the Senior Operations Associate for West Africa. Erica joined Acumen from Chapel Hill Denham, where she spent over four years as an Analyst in the Corporate Services Department. She formerly worked in administration for Deloitte Nigeria. She began her career with Thistle Praxis Consulting as a research analyst and executive assistant to the CEO before joining Jumia Nigeria as a Customer Service Executive for over a year and NowNow Digital Systems – a leading African B2B and B2C FinTech company that provides financial empowerment for a better life for Africans, as the Team Lead, Customer Service, where she specialized in planning, organizing, and problem-solving.

Erica holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Covenant University, Ogun State, Nigeria
