Erin McManmon

As the Associate Director of Audience Engagement, Erin oversees the strategy, development and implementation of Acumen’s relationship marketing programs while working collaboratively across the organization in efforts to achieve Acumen’s engagement goals.

Prior to joining Acumen, Erin served as the Director of Runner Products and Membership for the New York Road Runners, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping and inspiring people through running – including through its marquis event the New York City Marathon (the world’s largest!) – where Erin focused on member engagement, retention and acquisition. Before NYRR, Erin held roles in membership, marketing and community development with the United States Tennis Association, where she worked to promote the sport of tennis and the US Open Tennis Championships.

Erin holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and French from Fairfield University. Erin is a sports enthusiast and volunteers for WISE – Women in Sports and Events, which serves as a resource for women in the business of sports. She also enjoys exploring New York City by foot and spending time at the ocean.
