Faiza Ali

With over 8 years of experience in program and grant management. Faiza joined Acumen in 2026 as a Grant Manager to support the organization’s Green RISE Africa program. Green RISE (Resilient Impact through Sustainable Entrepreneurship) Africa is a five-year program implemented by Acumen, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation. The program intends to train, equip, fund, and scale a new generation of green entrepreneurs led by women and youth. Prior to Acumen, Faiza previously worked for a number of INGO’s including Oxfam GB, Comic Relief and Womankind Worldwide. Faiza has an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Queen Mary, University of London and a Masters in International Law from SOAS University of London.
