Felipe is Program Manager of the Acumen Fellowship in Colombia, overseeing recruitment, curriculum adaptation, and transformative learning experiences for fellows. As an Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in Urban Management, he has extensive experience designing educational, employability, and entrepreneurship programs with social impact.

He is co-founder of Coschool, a pioneer organization in socio-emotional skill development in schools, and Disruptia, an AI-powered employability platform connecting impact-driven talent with opportunities. Felipe also founded the Ratten Cultural House and Collective, a creative space focused on promoting fashion, body art, and alternative music.

His career combines consulting in finance and operations for NGOs and social startups, with the creation of innovative training models that integrate education, innovation, and employability. Currently, he also serves as Curricular Director of the Executive Program Líderes Latinoamérica, supporting artists and cultural managers in developing social entrepreneurship projects. Felipe is part of the first cohort of Acumen Fellows in Colombia 2019.
