Gladwel Anzaye

Gladwel is a Senior Programme Associate with Acumen’s East Africa team.  Her work entails operational support to all aspects of the East Africa Fellows Program as well as any programming under the Acumen Academy in East Africa. Gladwel’s daily engagement spans program administration, recruitment and selection and business development.

Prior to Acumen, she worked at a multinational company in Kenya providing executive support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), coordinating all administrative and logistical needs of the team as well as overseeing special projects driven by the SLT.  Earlier in her career, Gladwel worked for a Pan-African leadership development organization supporting the development of young African leaders.

Gladwel has also worked extensively in the events management industry in Kenya, coordinating activations, theatre productions, and special events covering a variety of sectors. These experiences have been immensely useful in her role at the Acumen Academy.
