Idongesit (Iddie) brings over nine years of specialized experience in FinTech, with a focus on Operations and Customer Experience. Before joining Acumen, she spearheaded Customer Experience strategy and programs at Interswitch across Nigeria and East Africa.

An advocate for professional development, Iddie is also the founder of Happy to Help Company, a platform dedicated to raising a generation of competent Executive Assistants across Africa. Outside of the office, she loves connecting with friends and family over a great meal.
