Julianna Larock

As Executive Assistant to the Chief of Insights and Strategy (CSO), Julianna supports the CSO through strategic relationship building, logistical support, and innovative special research projects. She also supports the Chief of Communication and Marketing and General Counsel. Before joining Acumen, she worked as a research associate with the McNulty Foundation, supporting international social impact ventures in India, China, Kenya, and more in the fields of wildlife conservation, reproductive justice, child development, and climate resilience. She was also an International Federation of Social Workers representative to the United Nations Economic and Social Chamber. She is a 3x published author with the United Nations on women’s rights and child development and has worked as a clinical social worker, non-profit development, and research specialist internationally, picking up Spanish, Chinese, French, and Italian proficiency along the way. She has received her bachelors in International Relations and Diplomacy and is a Licensed Master Social Worker through the Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service.
