Michael Dobranski

Michael joined Acumen in 2023 as the Manager of the Development & Partnerships Operations team before being promoted to Associate Director in 2025. As Associate Director, Michael leads the Operations team spread across multiple offices, tasked with unlocking fundraising capacity for Development & Partnerships and overseeing core business functions including donation processing and grants management. In his role, Michael collaborates closely across functions, working to gather resources and knowledge for relationship managers while streamlining access to the Development and Partnerships team. He also serves as the Salesforce administrator, overseeing the platform for fundraising purposes while working to expand access to other teams internally. Prior to joining Acumen, Michael spent 5 years in peer-to-peer fundraising at the National MS Society supporting their WalkMS and BikeMS revenue streams. A native New Yorker, Michael is proud to work for a non-profit based in his hometown with an ambitious global mission.
