Natalia Rojas

As an Associate in the Acumen Academy Colombia team, Natalia leads the Fellows’ experience throughout the training year, from start to finish, which involves relationship management, session planning, and content delivery. She also contributes to analyzing and gathering insights from the Acumen Fellows Program and the Colombia Community, ensuring that these learnings translate into changes in program design. Additionally, she is responsible for organizing the Selection Ceremony, the event where the next cohort of Fellows is chosen each year.

Natalia holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Universidad de los Andes, with a focus on cultural and arts management, and a diploma in digital and strategic marketing. Her interests include user experience, economic development, and social impact. She recently started a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies on development at the same institution.
