Natasha Grayson

Natasha joined the Acumen Finance team in June 2023 and currently serves as Associate Director, Program Finance. In this role, she collaborates with Finance, Business Development, and program teams to oversee financial management and support the administration of Acumen’s programmatic grants.

Before joining Acumen, Natasha spent more than 13 years at the Institute of International Education, where she held a range of roles across Global Operations, Program Management, Exchange Visa Sponsorship, and Program Finance & Analytics. Her experience included managing the Foreign Fulbright Program for Africa and South-Central Asia, serving as an Alternate Responsible Officer on the Exchange Visa Sponsorship team, and supporting financial analysis and oversight as a Finance Specialist.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilizations with a minor in History from Boston University.
