Sandra Halilovic

Sandra is the Head of H2R Catalyze. She has extensive experience in impact investing, having led or overseen 60+ investments across diverse sectors and instruments, including direct investments in SSA across the Hardest-to-Reach markets.
As Investment Principal at Ceniarth, an impact-first family office, she built and led its investment team and portfolio, enabling it to grow from $20 million to $650 million. Her career spans nearly two decades during which she worked at a number of leading impact, development, and finance institutions, including Social Finance UK, the IFC, and UNDP.
An influential voice in the field, Sandra has been a frequent speaker on impact investing, blended finance, and gender-lens investing and is on the CFA UK’s Impact and Investing Panel. Sandra holds an MIA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a BS from the University of Virginia’s School of Commerce. She is on the CFA Impact & Investing Certificate panel and holds several board positions.
