Tamba Aghailas

Tamba Aghailas has joined Acumen as our new Director of Talent. Tamba brings a wealth of impact experience and a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and strategic talent development, which will be invaluable as we continue to drive forward our mission.

Tamba joins us from the renowned behavioral science nonprofit ideas42 where he served as the Managing Director of Global People Operations. He previously held leadership roles both for profit and not for profit international organizations, including Services for the UnderServed, BRAC International, and the International Rescue Committee, and is the Founder of The Voice of Liberia, a media advocacy organization focused on helping disenfranchised communities in Liberia.
