Teddy brings more than 15 years of experience in finance, grants, and program management to his role as Program Finance Manager for Acumen’s new Mastercard‑funded Green RISE Africa initiative, operating through Acumen’s newly established Toronto office. Green RISE (Resilient Impact through Sustainable Entrepreneurship) Africa is a five‑year program led by Acumen in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation.

Before joining Acumen, Teddy supported a portfolio of consortium programs in Mali, Niger, and Sierra Leone with Save the Children Canada. In this role, he strengthened financial systems and contributed to improving adolescent girls’ access to quality healthcare through initiatives funded by Global Affairs Canada. He is particularly passionate about donor‑funded project management, with deep expertise in financial planning, grant compliance, and budget oversight.

Originally from Madagascar, Teddy holds a Diploma in Business Management and General Accounting and is fluent in French and Malagasy. Outside of work, he is an avid table tennis player.
