Tori Chan is the Manager, Government Partnerships at Acumen. In this role, she supports the Development & Partnerships team in managing existing government partnerships and cultivating new strategic collaborations.
Tori brings more than 10 years of experience working with international organizations across business development and policy roles in West Africa and Southeast Asia. Throughout her career, she has secured multi-million-dollar grants supporting health, humanitarian response, and gender-focused programs. She also has experience in philanthropy, having partnered with foundations such as ELMA Philanthropies to design and implement innovative funding mechanisms for organizations responding to humanitarian crises.
Tori holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy & Management and a Master of Public Health in Global Health Leadership from New York University.
