Zunaira Ali

Zunaira is an experienced project manager and leadership development facilitator. Her work is guided by a firm belief in facilitating social change through individuals’ growth, community engagement, and innovation. With the Acumen Academy in Pakistan, she leads the design and delivery of the Pakistan Fellowship and supports fellows on their transformation journeys.

Before joining Acumen, Zunaira worked with the USAID’s YouthPower2Learning and Evaluation initiatives. Based out of Washington DC, she worked with a global youth network to facilitate their individual journey to unlocking leadership potential through capacity building and mentorship. Her work with the startups and community-led change at the National Incubation Center and the Ministry of Climate Change, respectively, shaped her belief in people-powered change. Through these experiences, she helped numerous startups scale their impact. She also onboarded and managed a network of over 100,000 climate volunteers to support the Ministry’s climate initiatives. Zunaira is deeply curious about human capacity and their individual leadership journey.
