Kirsten Nevill-Manning joins Acumen’s Board of Directors

We’re pleased to announce Kirsten Nevill-Manning as the newest addition to Acumen’s Board of Directors. Kirsten is the Vice President of People Operations at Teachers Pay Teachers (TpT), a community of millions of educators who connect to share, buy, and sell original educational resources.

Kirsten has been a partner to Acumen for over seven years, traveling twice with our team to East Africa, and has been an incredible advisor.

Kirsten has a longtime a passion for recruiting and building global leaders. Before founding TpT, she was the Director of International Human Resources for Facebook, where she opened a number of global offices and hired over 1,400 employees. Prior to joining Facebook, she was Google’s first Manager of International Staffing, helping to expand the company to new regions in Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East, among others.
