Abdullah Saqib

Abdullah spearheads leadership development in Pakistan for Acumen Academy. He oversees programs like Fellowships, Foundry, and Courses, accelerating impactful ventures. With over 12 years of experience, Abdullah brings expertise across private sector, social enterprise, and international development. He’s worked with Telenor, FAO, UNDP, and Viamo, holding regional leadership roles in East Africa, MENA, and South Asia, specializing in scaling operations. Notably, he co-founded ARAF Fund at Acumen, while leading their climate resilience investment strategy. Passionate about impact, Abdullah holds a Master’s in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex and has spoken at conferences in 10 countries. He actively volunteers for youth empowerment, humanitarian action, and entrepreneurship with MIT D-Lab, Amal Initiative, and Re:Coded.
