Adela Andrea González Pacheco

As the Gender and Diversity Specialist at Acumen LATAM, Adela has the mission to use the gender and diversity lens in the region, in all programs, investments and local narrative, leading the gender and diversity analysis of the investment portfolio, the training processes and the fellowship program.
She is co-founder and leads Nuestro Flow since 2015, a social enterprise and B corp, which creates pedagogical content and designs and executes social projects to transform narratives of discrimination and exclusion, as well as accompanies companies to incorporate the gender, diversity and inclusion perspective in the different stages of their value chain.
Adela is part of the first cohort of Acumen Fellows in Colombia 2019. She studied Industrial Design and Social Work and has a master’s degree in Design, Strategy and Project management.
