Dustin Shay

Dustin Shay is dedicated to the elimination of systemic barriers that limit human potential. He supports partnership development efforts with corporations and corporate foundations, developing new collaborations to support entrepreneurs working worldwide to eliminate poverty.

Prior to joining Acumen, Dustin held positions with the Sorenson Impact Group and Village Capital, leading the development of partnerships with individual, institutional, and corporate foundations seeking to create a more inclusive impact investment ecosystem. He developed, oversaw, and implemented flagship strategic initiatives, raising over $35 million in grant and investment capital to support over 3,000 social entrepreneurs globally.

Dustin is a board member of the Black Innovation Alliance, advisor to multiple impact startups and funds, and founder of Shay Impact, a boutique consulting firm connecting capital to impact. He also helps to plan major ecosystem convenings, including Culture Shifting Summits.
