Judy Montañez

Judy, is a Leadership Analyst at Acumen, she joined the Acumen team in November 2018, initially joining as an administrative assistant supporting in all HR processes and other administrative issues. From 2021 she became part of the leadership team supporting the Fellows Program processes. Prior to Acumen, Judy worked as an administrative assistant at Neuroclinic, a private psychology practice, and was responsible for the accounting and administrative management of the office. Prior to that, she worked for 5 years as a clinical assistant at a medical institution. Her purpose is to be of service to people in need and to be able to support the team’s activity. Judy is a Certified Public Accountant from Institución Universitaria Politécnico Grancolombiano and is currently studying English at Smart Language Academy.
