Juliana Zamorano

In 2023, Juliana joined Acumen as a Portfolio Senior Associate. Before joining Acumen, she worked as an Associate at Patria Investments, a leading alternative asset investment firm in Latin America, where she worked for nearly 5 years. She focused on the Private Equity sector, where she analyzed companies and investment opportunities in the agribusiness sector. The objective was to build strong regional players with a notable presence in Latin America.

During her tenure at Patria Investments, Juliana’s responsibilities were market analysis, evaluation of investment opportunities, financial modeling, construction of business plans, deal structuring, and ongoing support for portfolio companies. Before Patria, she had experience working in strategic planning where she helped analyze and build a 5-year strategy plan for a higher education institution.

Juliana graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Additionally, she pursued minors in psychology and law during her academic journey.
