Kinza Mahmud

As the Program Manager for the Food Systems Fellowship at Acumen, Kinza has leveraged Acumen’s 15+ years of leadership development expertise to build and run our first sector-specific transformational experience for food systems leaders globally. At Acumen Kinza has experience in scaling leadership programs to new geographies, refining selection criteria and process, and building and managing a community of 125+ Pakistan Fellows. Prior to joining Acumen, Kinza worked in Business Development at Aman Foundation, where she was responsible for building relationships aimed at generating scalable and sustainable solutions for health and education in Pakistan. Kinza completed her bachelor’s degree from the University of Cambridge, UK, in Politics, Psychology, and Sociology.
