Lina Rueda

Lina is the Communications Associate for Acumen’s Latin America office. Before joining Acumen Lina worked for the Green Climate Fund Readiness Program funded by UN Environment and UNPD planning events and developing strategic content for different audiences. Prior to that she worked as the Outreach and Communications Specialist for USAID’s Low Carbon Resilient Development Program creating and implementing the communications strategy and supporting outreach activities among diverse stakeholders. Lina has experience working for public, private and international cooperation entities in climate change, environment and education sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with emphasis in Organizational Communication from Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga (UNAB), and a master’s degree in Corporate Communications Direction from OBS Business School- EAE and Universitat de Barcelona.
