Nicolás Corrales

As the Colombia Fellows Program Lead, Nicolas manages the strategic and operational aspects of the Program which include curriculum design, facilitation and general operations together with recruitment and selection of Fellow candidates. Additionally, he works closely with the Community Leadership Associate to build a creative and transformative Fellows Community in Colombia.
Previous to Acumen, Nicolás co-founded Quántica, a school for social entrepreneurship and creative business design that has trained 200+ social entrepreneurs, and stimulated sales for 180+ social businesses from different industries. The Quántica team developed the chaordic (chaos + order) education model which has kept serving multiple social entrepreneurs and companies into creating social and economic value. Nicolás oversaw strategy design, product and program development, and facilitation and did financial management of the company and its different services.
Nicolás is an Acumen Fellow 2020, a Business Manager from Universidad de los Andes and a Facilitator certified by Kaospilot School of Design and Social Entrepreneurship. Additionally, he was trained in the model of organizational development called The Power of Basics ™ by Professor Emeritus Gerard Egan.
