Nicole Simpson

Nicole leads Brand Communications at Acumen, where she guides marketing and communications strategies for the organization’s initiatives and campaigns. Prior to joining Acumen, Nicole spent four years working in digital strategy, public relations, and marketing on the agency side, where her clients included a variety of nonprofits, CSR initiatives, and associations. She has also worked in policy and communications for international NGOs focused on conflict resolution, diplomacy, and international development. She began her career at a think tank conducting research on financial inclusion policies.

Nicole holds an MA in Intercultural Studies from Union University in Tennessee.
